Nepali Sherpa Backbone of Himalayan Mountaineering

About Nepali Sherpa climbers, we can hear truely deserving and adorable words from the legendary mountaineers from around the world like Edmund Hillary, Reinhold Messner, Park Young Seok, Alex Lowe and many more. Without them the expeditions on the Himalayan mountains are almost impossible.  Equally true is the service of many other Nepali support climbers/staff and porters without whose help, no Himalayan mountain expeditions become possible. Equally important to salute for their adorable service.  Among the mountain climbing guides  and mountaineers in Nepal, Tamangs stands the second number after Sherpas. Tamang people live in mid hill to high mountain regions of Nepal. For other support staff service in the expeditions, their contribution is estimated to  be the largest.
